About the Silent Fall Documentary

Have you ever heard a news story about child prostitution and wondered, how can a Cambodian family sell their 10-year old daughter into prostitution? or what prompts a 40-year old woman in Holland to agree to end the life of her aging father? or what leads a father in the Amazon basin to bury his baby alive? or how can a loving couple in China abort their baby simply because it's a girl? and what leads a Romanian woman to terminate seven pregnancies?

Infanticide, child prostitution, euthanasia, abandonment and abortion: behind every innocent victim is a story. Some are stories of extreme poverty, leading to impossible choices. Others are stories of tragic cultural pressures leaving one with seeimingly no alternatives. All are stories that need to be told if we are to understand the erosion of the value of human life that has become an epidimic throughout the world.

The Silent Fall documentary is a global exploration of the cultural forces eroding the value of human life and the social injustices that result. Currently in production, this feature length documentary film is scheduled for release in Fall of 2010.
